The property is equipped with a fantastic and expansive swimming pool with chair and lounges, where you will be able to spend unforgettable moments surrounded by a breathtaking view. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property due to the many animals that roam the area.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests and is divided into two buildings, one with one queen bedroom with private bathroom, a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen and another room that can be transformed into another bedroom; the second building has three additional bedrooms all with a private en-suite bathroom. All the rooms have a private terrace overlooking the valley, one has a freestanding outdoor bathtub, and there is also another spacious terrace, off the living room, covered with wisteria and featured with an outdoor fireplace.
The estate offers the opportunity to taste and buy their own self made products, in particular their line of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and their finely hand-blended organic wine. To underline is the kindness of the owners, such a sunny and dynamic person, in love with this land and their business, who will give you the best tips to enjoy in a wonderful way your experience in Umbria. Food and bath essentials will be given to you at your arrival and lots of activities, such as private dinner with a chef, cooking lessons, guided trips and airport transfers can be arranged and booked upon request.
